Generative AI Will Impact 25% Of The Jobs In 5 Years

In May 2025, International Labour Organization published its report on impact of Generative AI on different types of jobs (https://www.ilo.org/publications/generative-ai-and-jobs-2025-update). Report stated that Generative AI will impact 25% of the jobs in coming 5 years.
Very recently, Ford CEO Jim Farley spoke in Aspen Ideas Festival that AI will replace 50% white collar workers in USA.
There is very rapid progress being made on different types of agents including coding agents. Agentic AI, though, I believe is still in initial stages and need to evolve to be able to provide a very robust and secure solution to enterprises, but in the internal enterprise environments, it may already make difference in current shape.So the question is that is ILO report conservative on impact of Gen AI on jobs?
