Boards, Business and AI Agents - Future of Management in AI Era

Glad to share on my upcoming keynote speech in 'AI Summit 2026' organised by PES University on 21st July, where I will be speaking on the topic of 'Boardrooms, Business & AI Agents: The Future of Management in the AI Era.'

My talk will focus on growing role of Agentic AI systems in enterprises necessitating a relook at the future of management.

Agentic AI systems have started entering into boardrooms, audit functions, corporate governance, many other enterprise functions at different velocity and enterprises still fully need to master effective and efficient use of these systems.

Future of management may depend on decoding nuances of using AI agents along with other factors of production in the enterprises in optimal may or at least in better way. May be, we are moving from 3 factors of production (man, machine, material) to 4 factors of production (man, machine, material, agents) in future.

I will be exploring this topic in this talk further. Hope to have engaging discussion with bright minds at PES university on this.
